18x300s (9 darks). I am definitely not a wizard in Photoshop and I need to learn how to get them stars under Control (how, in detail, do I apply a star mask?) Stacked in DSS, and processed in Nebulosity 3 and in Photoshop (CS5).
However, I'm quite satisfied.
Shot with a f6.3 reducer through my Celestron 9.25 and using
Atik 383L (colour), cgem mount, Skywatcher 80ED Pro, starshoot autoguider, phd-guiding.
Nice, solid M27 ... but there is a room for improvement with regard to the stars.
As you use PS, here is a tutorial by Jerry Lodriguss:

Nice image, but agree that the stars need a bit of work.
I have not read the tutorial mentioned earlier, but I can highly recommed Ron Wodaski's book. It has some excellent advice about how to select out your stars so you can process them separately. The entire book is very informative and very well written.

More info on Ron's book here (for bonus material and uimage samples on the not included DVD). It seems the book is available from Amazon and perhaps not the link I provided earlier:
