So, just how much detail should I be able to see (on a good night) of Saturn and Jupiter (on a good morning!):rolleyes:

Hi Shaun. You should see saturns rings and maybe a few moons. You should see 4 of jupiters moons clearly. On a good night you might also catch a glimpse of the bands and Great Red Spot. I have an 8" Meade sct and can usually pick out those things.
