Hi all
Need to find a new home for a12" Meade LX200GPS it has has the usual stuff and has been used very little and has been housed in the roll off roof observatory, excellent condition and about 3 years old.
Some extras include .
Meade travel case
Peterson gear up grade
Peterson eye opener
Peterson Dec clutch upgrade
Home made dew heater and dew shield
Losmandy radius blocks as well as some home made wodden ones
The tripod has been shortend ( they are ridiculously tall ) by about 250mm
Home made dolly with large wheels and brakes works very well for visual stuff.
Home made wedge but may not be of much unless you are close to 35S lat'
The scope has been a great visual performer , the views of Jupiter have been outstanding , originally bought the scope to do supernovae work but dicovered I'm too busy / lazy.
The pice $5,500

Thanks Zane

Hi Zane, Don't get rid of all the scopes, until we've been there.
I'll pass this post on to the members at M.A.S. you might get a nibble there:thumbsup:

Hi John
No worries , just thought I should start shifting some gear to make way for the 24" which is still a couple of months off.
Could be good for your members , a try before you buy deal.
