It was just a lucky shot - happened to be outside with the dog and spotted this guy's contrail catching the afternoon light as he approached Venus.

Very well done,I saw this plane and contrail,yesterday late in afternoon from Blackbutt,it was a very pretty colour,I never thought to look to see if it went near Venus-great capture :)
