This is a used Prism/ Dovetail bar, as far as I know Zeiss standard.
190 mm long
38.3 mm wide at bottom
28mm wide at top
10 mm thick
60 degree angles both side
Various 1/4 and 3/8" threaded holes

$20 plus shipping is what I have in mind.

Pickup in Glen Waverley or Clayton also possible.
