Head off to A&E and let them know , a fairly healthy 55 year old I work with ,tried to ride it out despite holding his head with both hands when he left work.

Did you check for a stroke. Hold both arms out parallel. If they cannot be made level-stroke. Trouble answering a simple question is also a possible sign of a stroke.

Yeah I'm a little wiser on the symptoms now, I didn't see him that afternoon and was only told by another, sadly he collapsed soon after getting home and couldn't be revived, while they havn't confirmed the cause of death the ambos working on him believed a stroke was the likely culprit.
