Lots of Proms Today - 23/08/13

I took this image of the sun between the clouds after seeing the large number of prominences on John's (asimov) image.

Lots of prominences and a nice filaprom at the 7 o'clock position. Captured 1200 frames before being interrupted by cloud, stacked only 300 frames.

Thanks guys for your comments. Stunner of a day outside, took lots of images so lots of processing is required, will post some images after the footy tonight - go the All Blacks !
