Red Bull have announced Daniel Ricciardo has been promoted to the Red Bull car
in 2014 now that Mark Webber is retiring.

An official announcement will be made at this weekend's Belgian Grand Prix.

It will be good to still have an aussie to cheer for in F1 next year. Daniel has shown plenty of promise as an more than capable driver to match it with the big boys, now he is one. As long as the Red Bull cars are competitive next season, so will he be.

It's official now.

Red Bull have chosen Daniel Ricciardo to replace Mark Webber in the team next season.





I am sure the Australian crowds will be cheering loud for Dan down at Melbourne
next year. :thumbsup:
