OK here is a little something that I have been working on.
This is my third trip to this location in the Blue Mountains and I am very happy with the rests so far, but will do a few more trips yet.

Canon 7D
Tonika 11mm - 16mm zoom @ 11mm
f2.8
ISO 1250
25 seconds exposures
16 vertical images stitched into the pano.

If it isn't clear, and I am sure that it isn't, this is a night shot, lit entirely by the moon. It was absolutely blowing a howling wind and I had to forcibly hold the tripod down. The buffeting was so severe that I was certain that you would see the movement in the shots, but they are fine.

I am disappointed that I couldn't be there late enough to get the Milky Way horizontal, nor any of the brighter sections of it, but I love this shot all the same.

Nice shot. I took some panos from near there in daylight. Is this Pearces Pass or near it? It looks like its a bit more to the west than where I was.

Greg.

I had a play with black and white after seeing Mikes efforts, and I must say that I am loving it.

Of course, and I have already done another edit this morning.
I see why you are revisiting old images and reprocessing them, it is virtually impossible to leave them alone. lol
