I'm reasonably happy with these. Seeing went from 2-3 early on, peaking at 6 for about 45 mins. & then dropped to 3-4/10. Who cares, I was there when it peaked thats all that matters :D
A few more to stack yet.
Ok I'm ready for an 8 + weather gods please ?? :prey:

Wow, I mean WOW Asi :eyepop: , what great shots all three, but the second one is truly amazing:thumbsup: , especially in the detail you've brought out in the polar regions. Were your trying anything new mate, I'd love to capture detail like that round the poles.
You best, must be close, but you did have a couple of absolute razor sharp pearlers when you first got the c9.25:)
cheers,
Dennis

Fantastic images, Asi. I was out there last night too and didn't get anything like this level of detail with my C11. Well done! The processing techniques you're referring to are in Astra Image?

A quote from Frasier seems apt - "excuse me while I go and poke out my mind's eye" :eyepop:

No Rob, nothing different really. Perhaps an extra 5% gain (80%) was used over my normal 75%. Yes, not long after the C9.25 purchase I got some beauts. These beat 'em by a country mile for detail though.
"The processing techniques you're referring to are in Astra Image?
Graeme"
Correct.
"nude strut has been authorized!" Yes Dave, I actually did do it too! But inside the house, does that count!?

Hard work Davo, I had to wring & squeeze the necks of registax/Astraimage/picture publisher/photo shop & virtual dub until they were bleeding from the ears!!!! Nearly 6 hrs for these 2 pics.

Wow - those last two, Msg#15, are simply awesome. You've been doing some great work Asi, well done. I think you have re-defined what the C9.25 can do.
Cheers
