Hi
I reprocessed an Omega nebula pic I took some weeks ago to get out more faint detail.
Its 3x 10 mins (30 mins total time)
Modded 350D, uv/ir and uhc-s filters, mpcc, 10 inch f5.6 scope, hand off axis guided.

Hi,
Beautiful, it's so red. Just looked it up in a book I've just got, it doesn't even rate compared to yours.

The UCC-S filter seems to block other subtle colours in the nebula, and when balancing it to make the sky look as neutral as possible I end up with the reder nebulosity.

I agree with Ezy, perhaps a bit monochromatically red?
Otherwise a lovely vista mate

Thanks. The UHCS filter brings out more nebulosity by darkening the sky background.
