Here's what NASA wants on the proposed Europa lander:

Note that NASA makes no mention of fitting a backpack to the lander. Shame, really, as backpacking in Europa is an experience everyone should have. :P

Quite obviously.

They need, noodles and noodles of info just in case future astronauts need food!!!!!!????
