Up for sale is my two and a half year old 12" Meade Lightbridge. It is in excellent condition, with the following:

. Argo Navis, about 12 months old, with cables and adapters to computer.

. All edges and holes sealed with Estapol before assembly. The mount is totally unaffected by moisture

. Bintel 90° correct image finder.

. Heaters on secondary mirror, focuser and finder.

. Switchable tiny heater on primary mirror for those super damp nights.

. Battery Pack.

. Virgin teflon/ebony star on azimuth bearings, soooo smooth!

. Balanced tube assembly.

. Bob's knobs and springs.

. Astrozap shroud.

. Original unused 40mm 2" eyepiece.

Selling because I am going to a larger aperture.

Excellent buy at $1700.00, but for pick up only. I live about 20min west of the Melbourne CBD. PRICE NOW $1600.00. Dropped for the last time, now only $1500.00! Definitely the last drop, now $1250.00

PM replies, please.

This terrific outfit has to go, as I need the space it now occupies.

I intend to separate all the individual components and sell them separately; on the dreaded ebay if necessary.

If you have interest in any of the parts, please PM me, otherwise 'watch this space'!

Despite my previous, this outfit is too good to sell as bits. Thus an absolutely final price reduction $1250.00; but less the red dot finder.

What an absolute bargain!!!

The eyepiece with this telescope is a 2" Meade QX Wide Angle 26mm, NOT 40mm as advised in the advertisement. I am unable to edit the advert for some reason, thus this post.

Moral of the story is open the box and have a look!

With apology,

Wren
