I'm in the process of rationalising the over abundance of power supplies in my obs.... I know there are a lot of electronics gurus out there....

I have two linear power supplies and a PC basically, these run from one 240V line.

One power supply (13.8V) (http://www.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=MP3096&form=CAT2&SUBCATID=999#12) powers the G-11 alone.
The other (0-30V DC 3A) (http://www.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=MP3086&form=CAT2&SUBCATID=999#12) now powers the rest at the pier (CCD/focuser/filterwheel/guidecam/dew-heater/USB hub for these too).
The PC is attached to the USB hub and to the G-11 (USB-serial).
There is also a GPUSB from PC to G-11 (I believe this is isolated).

I was thinking of buying a second 0-30V 3A linear supply, and using it to run the G-11, these supplies have a ground post as well as pos/neg.

My question - can I link the two power supplies via ground to have everything grounded at the same potential (zero?)??
Would the PC be expected to be at the same ground then??
