Evening everyone,

Looking at parting with a rarely used Nexstar 5 SE. This was purchased new from OZSCOPE around 3 years ago but has probably been used around 20 times only. The scope is in perfect condition and has the red dot finder only no upgrades have been carried out. Package comes with the following:-

1. OTA
2. Original red dot finder
3. Hand controller fully upgraded to latest version
4. Power pack cord (power pack not included)
5. Tripod (wedge type) and if set up right gives fairly good unguided shots for some photography up to 1 minute, visual stays in for a long time when tracking only in RA (turning off DEC)
6. Hand controller to serial cable for computer control (Starry Night etc.)
7. All original manuals

The boxes are no longer so pick up Brisbane area only.

Looking for around $600.00, a great entry level price for a near new condition scope selling new for $1300-$1700 at the major shops.

Images below, inspections can be arranged and the price is negotiable all realistic offers will be considered.

Hello to all, second and final price drop to $600.00. This is now less than half of the cost of the scope new and it is basically new. I will leave it up here on behalf of the seller for a month or so to see if anyone is interested at this price but not willing to go any lower. A great scope at a fantastic price not a big aperture but sill very nice to use.
