This near new Celestron Nightscape camera produces great astro shots with minimal effort. USB and 12 Volt DC power cable included. ASTRO FX Capture and processing software included. This software is produced by the same people who produced Maxim DL. Works with Windows XP or 7. Only selling as I want to upgrade to LRGB imaging with a scientific CCD camera. It is a great starter or intermediate astro camera which can produce great images. See my pictures taken with the Nightscape attached.

Will ship inside Australia at buyer's cost. I am located in Woodvale Perth WA. (North of the river)
Payment: Cash or Paypal. Expected shipping cost to Sydney would be about $50.

Extract from Promo blurb is below.

Nightscape CCD camera combines the simplicity of a one-shot color imaging camera with the sophisticated features and software of more expensive astronomical imaging systems. Using a Kodak 10.7MP Color Sensor and regulated TEC cooling system, Nightscape can give you instant results in just a single exposure. Coupled with the internal mechanical shutter and control software you can also automatically combine multiple images and dark frames to create images comparable to those taken with professional grade cameras costing thousands more.

I bought the camera in Feb 2012. It has been used a reasonable amount but is still in near new condition. I have more images of course which I can email to you. I'll have to resize the images as they are quite big in their original format. I generally image with a binning of 2 x 2 as that provides excellent sensitivity from Suburban back yard. The good thing about this camera is the fact that it does color images in all binning modes. I have specs on the chip I can email you as we'll.
