Flaring in CaK

A first for me and was some what surprised when I put the Lunt B1200 CaK in the 127mm APO with a 2.4 extender on the Gstar and saw some flaring . I swapped back to the Lunt 100 but the seeing was going off.Also got some Sunset pics so I'll put them here as well.
For those that have a CaK wedge I would be interested to see if you capture similar results.

As I said else where really nice going Derek. Are you stopping down the 127 APO.

No Ralph I just make the session a quick one then put the cover back on.I usually use either the 80 APO for full disc or the ED 100 for a bit more resolution.

I just got my B1800 from Lunt and they say anything over 100mm will cause a melt down. Clearly not the case. No sun to try mine yet.
