Cambroon! last night before AstroFest!

Next Saturday the 24th is the last observing night at Cambroon before Astrofest at camp Duckadang next month, all the usual things apply Warm Clothes, Warm company, and possibly a cold clear night, so lets have a good turnup and give your scopes a good shakedown before Duckadang.

Ron I'm definitely a starter (and finisher) for next Saturday, not sure if Don is travelling with me as he's just started a new job and looks like he will be working until late in the day.

A good mate of mine has expressed some interest in coming along one evening, he's hard to catch on weekends but I'll try and get hold of him, think he'd have a blast too.

I will have to catch up with all you guys at Astrofest too. Post Astrofest I should be able to wrangle a few Saturday nights up at Cambroon.

Astrofest will be my first dark sky since late January.... boy am I looking forward to it ;). Will be nice to see some new IIS faces up there too :thumbsup:

The weathers still not looking great, but we still have 4 days (always optimistic).

Looks fairly sure Don won't be coming out with me, and my mate is leaving for a 2-3 week trip out to Windorah this week so he won't be tagging along either - so far Ron it's you, Wes (& clan?), Dr Morbius and Mini-Morbius, and myself.
