Dudes, the lovely Mrs has got a Sony Xperia U (ST25) the basic model I think though compared to her old phone it is rocket science vs flint napping.
Anyway how do I transfer my contacts/sim card from my iphone 3? to her for her to use?
Have followed all the Sony and the internet instructions and have got no where.

You may need to export your contacts from the iPhone into an email client or Windows contacts which you can do in iTunes.

There should be a program or something that Sony have made in order to transfer them contacts on.
