:) Davro and I headed up to Caloundra this afternoon so as to set up early to catch the "super" Moon rise over the wreck of the SS Dicky.

It was my first time using ND filters, and I'm sold. Ordering my first set tonight. :D
Beautiful photos !!!
Also wanted to shoot a glimpse of the “super” Moon today at 5:25pm, but the cloud cover was close to 100% and I’ve got NOTHING, ….
I guess, there is always the NEXT TIME

Jeanette - I like your #2 pic best. Using an ND 400 to photograph a local waterfall (in the rain because I was super keen to try it), I found that the most pleasing result (to me) was an exposure of 1/3 sec - so I didn't actually need the filter for that. However, down at the beach, and located well back from the wave action, I found 30 - 60 seconds gave a good result.
Lauren - the composition of your #3 is great!

Nice shots!
Sean, that wreck is the SS Dicky. If you Google it you'll find loads of information.
