Sadly I wasn't shocked at all, as soon as I heard he had died, my first thought was 'probably of a heart attack'.
He was a great actor, I loved his performance in 'In the Loop'. Another reminder to look after our bodies.

He's my favourite actor, have all of the Soprano DVD's.

James Gandolfini's on screen presence was commanding, when he was in the room that's where your attention was focused.
