This place is located almost opposite the Murray Mouth and is part of the Murray River. It is often very still and produces great reflections. I was there last weekend just with a sliver of a moon doing a time lapse capture. These images are from the time lapse.
Images taken at ISO3200 f2.8 for 30 seconds.
I had to do a bit of a crop of the images to get rid of a nuisance with his high beam on actually at the mouth, but overall pretty happy with these shots.

Great captures Paul, how long before you've collected enough timelapses to release it? It'll be nice seeing those clouds rolling along.

Thanks guys,
Carlos, I have a few more runs to go to get it up to 2 minutes, then I will do something about putting it altogether. Music selection will need to happen too.

Great job Paul, Great reflections. I like the first one the best the colour balance in it and the clouds give it the nod.

Great work Paul.
Water really makes these nightscapes work really well and seem to be the best foreground unless its the Bungle Bungles or something.

Thanks for the comments guys,
Colin the time lapse looks pretty good with the cloud movement and of course the stars rotating in the water too.
David on cloudy nights I often go looking for spots to time lapse. If I cannot image I can always get a nice time lapse with the movement of the clouds.
Greg, I wanted to be closer to the water but my mates had set up higher up before I got there and so I just wanted the reflections and then the heavens above. Next time I go there I will point in a slight different direction and setup right on the water to make use of the reflections.
