A naked tree by the road-side between Wagga Wagga and Mangoplah.

There's a hint of green airglow, and a distant town over to the right.

Thanks for looking :)

Beautiful image - your work is getting better each month.

Love the green airglow! A pano might've been better to get a bit more milky way.

Great image!

Thanks Mike! A pano is the next task on my list of skills to learn, tonight I had a look at your step by step guide "How To: Capturing and processing the Milky Way over the Bungle Bungles" (http://www.mikesalway.com.au/2012/12/10/how-to-capturing-and-processing-the-arching-milky-way-over-the-bungle-bungles/) to see the steps involved and what software you used. Excellent resource, very easy to follow :thanx:

I'll look at downloading autopano (http://www.kolor.com/autopano-pro-giga-comparison.html) this week, glad to see there's a Mac version.

I did take a couple of pano frames with another tree & Milky Way and another of just the expanse of the Milky Way, I can't wait to see how they turn out :)

I appreciate the feedback Mike, I'm really getting a lot of enjoyment (and little sleep) getting out there and taking photos!

Thanks Laurie!

Thanks Andrew!

Thanks Matt! Seems like I'm starting a collection of dried up trees, love their silhouettes in the night sky.
