Having a tough time with sciatica trying to excersise to lose weight but tough to move much on some heavy pain meds. I have been snooping around but not posting much. I have lost about 8 kilo's in a month the sciatica has been going since October last year and it is getting on top of me a bit. It's been a long time to be on strong meds.

I managed an entry in last months photo compsome great entries not sure if I will get around to be able to get a interesting building pic but you never know?
