I am going to put two Takahashi Tube Holders (for Takahashi FS-102 & FSQ-106N) up for sale but I threw the mounting screws in with a bunch of others I have. Could a Takahashi guru please confirm for me the size and in particular the length of hex cap head screws that were supplied with this tube holder.

cant be 100% but it might be similar to my TSA120 Tube Holder bolt length which is 13mm

Hi Matt, That's interesting. Although Claude did ship mine attached to a Vixen Style Plate at the time so maybe used different length threads......???

The length required will vary with the setup used.
I am now bolting the Clamshell to a Casady Dovetail bar and using 20mm
If you're bolting the clamshell to a Tak mount directly you will be able to use the 13mm.
I am also using 30mm cap screws to bolt the Casady saddle and my new slew handle to the T-Rex.
I bought the M8 x 30mm stainless steel cap screws from Specialty Fasteners for $1.60 each.

Thanks Matt & Phil,
The Cap Head screws I have all come from Takahashi gear e.g. Rings & Tube Holders so I will go with either 13mm or 20mm depending on what excess I have. Does the FS-102/FSQ-106N/TSA-102 Tube Holder bolt directly onto say a EM200 mount?

Hi Hans,
The tube holder definitely bolts directly to a EM400 Tak mount.
Not 100% sure about the EM200 as I have never owned one but I think it does as according to my Clam-shell diagram it shows the EM200 picture connecting directly.

I can confirm that the Tubeholder of FS-102 bolts directly to the EM-200 mount with 2 x 8m x 20mm stainless steel cap screws. This is my setup.
