Weather permitting, anyone heading to Wiruna over the long weekend?
Invested in a Manfrotto tripod and heavy duty ball head for the Polarie which I want to try out under dark skies. Not to mention a new tent and heater:D

My personal experience going there over the years is that even if it clears up the transparency will be terrible when it's wet. The temperature is up so you'll need a mop to keep the dew out.
