I see Tim Wetherell sold his beautifully engineered Wetherell Refractor [which has a 200mm f9 oilspaced apochromatic triplet objective] on Astromart. I wonder why he didn't give first dibs to an Aussie buyer here in IIS. Either way who ever...or is that whom ever??....purchased this beauty has an icon in the amature Astronomy world.

Tim did say he would prefer an Australian to buy it, I for one checked my bank accounts but due to my inherent poverty and a delay in selling my Buderim townhouse my bank account was empty.
