G'Day All,

Well I will be leaving London tomorrow been in Europe for 17 Days to see the Chelsea garden show . Their have only been two clear nights ,and when the night is clear the sun set at about 10pm at night so you would start to view after midnight what a long night .Can't wait to get back home and have 7 or 8 hour of dark skies

Yesterday marked the end of astronomical darkness here so now until mid July it's perpetual twilight.

Spring, Summer, Winter it doesn't matter it's all the same. The cloud dictates any chance you get to go out and it has been clouded out in my part of Europe for two years.
Of course the further north you get the less daylight you get so it's not as bad in Brussels but there is plenty to see still.

Lots of imagers pack their gear away for summer and do something else but summer represents the best chance at a clearish sky so it's easier to just change focus.
Solar is the way to go.

Fortunately I'm moving to Spain which is far more reasonable in terms of twilight, worse case scenario is only 5 hoursish of darkness.
