The seeing wasn't bad today.

I used the wrong settings for the prom mosaic (experimenting) but I think I'm over experimenting with this side of things. The PST is just not very good at showing the proms, & that's that. That's ok though, at least I know where it's limits lie.

PST/DMK21/6 pane mosaic for disc/5 panes for proms.

Thanks Paul. Pretty well got the disc settings & software parameters down pat now, as you said in another thread, I've reached the limits of the PST & without an upgrade all I can do now is beat all my images so far with excellent seeing..

Here's a WL ED80 image in pretty crook seeing couple of hours after the PST capture.

ED80/DMK21/MOGG reducer/4 pane mosaic.

Thought I'd better try a 1.5X drizzle on that PST data. It's been reduced 10% after the drizzle.

Pretty nice John. Recon the drizzle might be washing out a little mate.
Time for a DS or maybe a bigger gun.

Thanks Ralph. Well yes & no to the drizzle. I backed off significantly on the waveletts & unsharpmaking - Didn't want it to appear overcooked ;) Unless of course you're meaning the brightness at the highlights section of the data? :shrug:
