Great image for the conditions Dave, you’re really cranking out these nice, detailed, WL views with consummate ease now!

The mosaic is stunning Dave. I tried a couple of times a while ago, but found the gradients and joins very difficult to match up and appear seamless. Then, we ran into perpetual cloud and cruddy conditions so I haven’t tried again since!

thanks Dennis - i thought there was enough to get the software to blend everything but no it wouldnt do that. i have all the panels and heaps of overlaps but not enough features to make it work

Hi Dave,
do you stack these images to get the clarity? I have tried using registax on my videos but cannot seem to get it to stack using the sunspots. Any suggestions?
Cheers Grant

use Autostakkert 2 to stack your video file and save as a tiff. then use registax to process with wavlets on the tiff image and then save - then use a photoshop type programme to flavour to taste:thumbsup:
