Not overly pretty, but then the seeing wasn't playing ball. Some of you may know I've been trying for ages to capture some granulation with the C11 & full aperture glass Thousand Oaks filter. Well last night as I was laying in bed (it's when I do my best thinking ;) ) I formulated a plan.
Knock the aperture back to roughly 3-4" unobstructed (offset mask) & try to stop the OTA from heating up. Once the heating up process gets to a point, it's all over due to internal convection.
Anyway, pretty happy with this result considering. At least I now know it's possible with this setup! :)
Uploading some equipment pics which are extremely high tech as you can see :rofl::P:D
Works for me.
