Quite a while ago I added a Williams Optics fine focuser to an 80mm Megrez Refractor. The ones for around $180 that slide over and replace one end of the a normal speed focuser and provide a 10:1 reduction (if you install it correctly).
I have just noticed today that when I turn the normal speed knob on the focuser the little fine focuser roates easily at 10 times speed, however when I turn the fine focuser the out focus knob doesn't rotate at all.
I guess I have adjusted one of the three hex screws incorrectly, or one of the two tension screws incorrectly.
Can anyone please provide advise on this or confirms who (e.g. Bintel) can service this to check its correctly set up?
Many thanks,
Matthew
