Canon 5D Mk 2, 17-40mm lens @ 17mm, f/9.0, ISO640. Manually blended two exposures, 1/10s and 1/30s using luminosity masks.

If I may ...
There is quite noticeable lateral chromatic aberration (17-40 is known for it), which is easily corrected in PS. I've spent about 5 seconds correcting it, I'm sure it can be done much better (especially in Canon's own software which models lenses individually).

Beautiful photo all the same and only earlier this afternoon we were chatting about that week at Palm Cove. Plan to get back there in August.
