These were captured just before close of business on Anzac Day (UT!;)).
Seeing was pretty poor. The sun was pretty low. The C11 white light images are really pushing it. The proms were very faint ones, but they looked like they had some interesting structure. I had to push pretty hard to get the detail I did.

A lovely series Al, the “almost over the horizon” shots have a fantastic perspective and have scrubbed up very well given the low altitude and seeing conditions – well done!
Cheers

Wonderful collection Al.
I am very impressed with the detail in the full disc. Well done for 60mm.:thumbsup: The processing is superb for a mosaic or is it reduced for one shot.:confused2:

Thanks guys.
It's a mosaic of 2 stacks. I can get the whole sun across the width of the DMK 41 sensor but not in the height. ;)

Ah, no worries Steve... actually I've been a bit slack and only put details on the full disc shots.
The white light shots (last 4 posted) were taken with a Thousand Oaks Off Axis white light filter on my C11.:)
