This one is an easy target from the uk. I hope to take a close up with the MN 190 later in the year and get better resolution

This one was taken with a Meade ED80
3hrs total exposure, QSI583

Stunning image Dave! The framing emphasises the main features of the pelican very well. Only comment which not only applies to this image but also others you've posted is that you need to get yourself a web site where you can upload larger versions. At this size, it doesn't do your work any favours. Thanks for sharing, more please.

Great image. Love the colour combine. What formula are you using to get that colour? I am doing some narrowband right now and am looking for some new recipes!

How does the image get that "painted" look to it, especially left field? Really unusual look to the image, and I'd like to know how it's done. OR does this neb look like this naturally???

Right well spotted that man

I was experimenting with a technique to try and lift it and give a hint of depth 3d ish. Probably part way to blame

All it is is using layer mask sharpening in CS at different strengths in different parts of the image to try and give the illusion of some depth in the image

Very well spotted though

Very different colours, quite nice.

You need to crop off the left edge properly and something weird is going on with your large bright stars.
