This package is complete bar a Canon Eos T-Ring (http://www.bintel.com.au/Astrophotography/Camera-Adapters---T-Rings/Canon-EOS-T-Ring/36/productview.aspx)and whatever adapter your scope of choice needs, and is a great step into astrophotography.

I purchased the camera 2nd hand from Paxtons in Feb last year and modded it myself, so no idea on the number of actuations.

Only ever used in my hands for prime focus astrophotography.

I use this camera alongside Backyard Eos to handle capture management, framing and focus so have never had an issue with not having liveview.

Click here (http://www.astropix.com/HTML/I_ASTROP/COMPARE.HTM) and here (http://www.astropix.com/HTML/I_ASTROP/COMPARE.HTM) for info on the camera itself in relation to astro.

Details as follows

Canon 30D - modded but with no glass replacement so no autofocus but not generally used for Astrowork...
Battery and Charger
USB Cable
Drivers and soft copy manual
Strap

Imaging extras:
AC Power Adapter - Canon original
ShoeString USB Shutter control (needed for managing bulb exposures over 30 seconds)
Shoestring Shutter control cable set
Astronomics HA12NM Eos clip-in Filter

The extras alone cost over $400 but the whole package is up for $500 plus postage. In my view a great way to get into Imaging and I have loved playing with this. Changing some rig hence the sale.

Below are some images of mine taken with this setup over Jan and Feb at close to 30 degrees though the Helix I think was back in September.

PM if interested.
