All,

An intimate portrait of the beautiful Lady Bowen Falls in Milford Sound.

This is another image made using a linear processing technique that I've come up with for use in Canon's Digital Photo Professional. This process makes for beautiful monotone conversions.

Canon EOS-5D Mark III, Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L USM
1/160s f/5.6 at 200.0mm iso640

Larger version available here (http://users.tpg.com.au/hqureshi2/sb.html).

Comments, critique, etc., most welcome.

Thanks for looking.

Thanks, Leon and Bob.

I've made a 24x16" print of this and it looks beautiful. :)

Wonderful result H, those rocks look like they are made of coal or something, very cool.

Thanks Morton and Rolf. :)

Yep, the coal-like look comes from using a circular polariser to cut the glare. :)
