Beautiful weather conditions continue in Perth.
For the last two evenings, between 11pm and 0am, I collected 30 subs x 3min, 15 subs each day.

Cam: 60Da
Scope: CPC925 (hd-wedge) with f6.3 reducer, guided + 25kg bag of river stones on the bottom of the tripod

Processed in PixInsight and final "touch" LTR4

Superb Ian. I love those coppery coloured stars.

All of a sudden there are a couple of DSLR gems!

Greg.

And the stones made all he difference???

Well, stones make the tripod more stable and help to attenuate the micro-vibrations - much better than the useless anti-vibration pads ...
