Beautiful image John. Hope the good weather continues. We are having a late wet now, just pouring rain all day/night.:mad2: Hopefully it will heal up by the time your trip comes around.

Thanks guys.
You are correct Graeme, they are basically all the same quality which in a way, is sad lol. I'll maybe post a few more later, & maybe not..
In the mean time, here's Titan. Did a run on this object @ 7.5 FPS & F35. False colour added.
Trip/dates confirmed Ralph. Expect a PM later & thanks:thumbsup:

Wow, it is one more time a splendid image of Saturn. It is actually much better to be in Australia to imaging Saturn that in France because it is too low.
Congratulations for this great shot

Thanks guys & gal.
Ray, I have yet to receive the seeing I was getting back in March 2012 on a couple of occasions, so the C11 still has some tricks left up it's sleeve, but basically yes, I have 'run out of light' on Saturn. Right now I'm running a 35% full histo @ F30 & beyond making things very finicky to capture without having the camera settings tuned right in perfectly, collimation perfect, getting the scope to ambient sorted.
You're right though, I need to unleash the 14". I've been steadily ironing bugs out of the system & we are getting close to test phase two. Skeletal newts - collimation woes.

Dig the four course meal combo John, very tasty, the 14" should produce a Banquet for all IIS'ers with your talent behind the Aprin :cool2:

Grand capture, very smooth - nothing can match a still Saturn on the screen waiting for your attention. Thats a solid TITAN for your records.

Thanks guys.
Thinking that the '4 ringed Saturn circus' image sucks a bit. Here's another version.

Hi Ralph. Yeah it's about to squirt down here soon I think too. Missed out on a 9/10 seeing last night which would have left these images in this thread for DEAD! Yes, it clouded out right on cue & boy was I slightly annoyed..
Thanks fellow metal-head! Nice scope that 10" F 6.3!

Im pasted it now John, I have not used my SBIG2000 for several years because of the conditions up here. I wish someone would start an airline in Bundy.
