The city and the moon looked spectauclar last night, I just happend to stop at a lookout I've used before to capture Sydney not expecting to see the moon as it was. Quite a fluke!

The high res version is great Carlos! Well captured. I saw a very similar view with the the thin crescent over Brisbane city on Saturday evening, but didn't have the camera with me...

Thanks Stephen :) I bought myself a comfortable backpack I can take anywhere just for that reason, I've missed some good opportunities in the past and I'm sure I'll miss others in the future, I'm just a little bit more prepared now, in fact I left my spare battery at home last night arrgh! fortunately the one in the camera was almost full :)
