Like many on the east-coast of Oz, I've had very little time 'scope time of late... but managed to play with some old and recent data to put this Eta Carina view together.

Very striking. Love the deep colour and the ridiculously tiny stars! I am so jealous of your AP Honders!

Greg.

Very noice Peter! Colour & detail looks great and dare I say - it looks very natural! Your RH certainly deserves worship! :prey:

Zoomify eh? Full res through an itty bitty window ... Oh well, I guess beggars can't be choosers. ;) (Hmmmph! ... Can't even do cntrl + to get the 400% view!)

Cheers, Marcus

 Thanks Marcus

Thanks Guys...I think the zoomify format is not too shabby for high-res wide-field.

Thanks Greg... I'm finding the Honders still needs fine tuning... as focus is still not quite perfect across the 16803 sensor due a residual and annoyingly random focal plane tilt. I'm getting a custom adapter made up and an Atlas focuser next month which hopefully will resolve this.... Then I expect you'll see some *really* tiny stars :)

Looks very nice, Peter. Looking forward to perfection once you get the Atlas connected!

Real eye candy. Widefield mixed with long FL details. One for the cool wall.

Not enough zoom Peter! Sorry to read about your orthogonal problems with this scope. The Atlas will not fix that of course, but it's a fine piece. Let us know how you make tip tilt adjustments.

That's certainly a fine view of this favourite nebula. Wonderful colours and I too like the 'natural' look of this. Great work!

Nice colour and again great sharpness and detail.

That is one amazing telescope you have!
