Having said that, civil and military aviation agencies, and governments in general, around the world are already freaking out about the capabilities of these relatively simple and cheap FPV-RC/UAVs. Stuff like this will not go unnoticed. Expect the sledge-hammer approach sooner rather than later...

Similar to what The Register (http://www.theregister.co.uk/science/special_projects_bureau/) did with their PARIS (Paper Aeroplane Released In Space) project and what they're working towards with their LOHAN project, which is a rocket plane launch from a high altitude balloon.
