Hi to everyone.

In the (left) side pannel, there is a buttn called "Resources" with one sub heading of "Observing Monthly Challenge" where there is a list of 6 items to observe for each month for southern Skies. The list so far goes from May 2005 to December 2005, ? ? ? ?

It seems to have started as a good idea, but then seems to have stopped. As it is still in the side pannel, it must still be considered as relevent or required, but has not progressed beyond December of 2005 - only 8 months of information.

I for one would like to see at least a full years worth of these items for viewing, even 3 lists, for example - Easy, Medium and hard to view objects. Most of the lists available on the net are traditionally for the Northern Hemisphere, and it was a welcome surprise to find this list here in Ice In Space Forums.

Has anyone else any ideas on this, or is there any lists, for the Southern Hemisphere, available from anywhere else?

Paul,

www.skymaps.com

Specifically:

http://www.skymaps.com/downloads.html

They break their monthly publications down into northern, equatorial and southern hemispheres.

Enjoy.
