Hello from Pomland!

Hope its ok for foreign visitors to join but as Saturn is at such a lousy elevation in the UK I wanted to see some decent images from down under!

Trevor pointed me in the direction of this fine looking forum so if I cause trouble you know who to blame! ;)

Basically my name is Stuart from Cheshire, England and I've been an alcoholic for.....oops wrong forum. I've been planetary imaging since 2009 firstly with a 5" Mak and webcam but for that last 2 years with a 10" Auto tracking Dob and DFK21 with 618 chip.
I am known as "Space Cowboy" on other sites but had to settle for U.K.Cowboy here.

I will start the ball rolling with a Jupiter shot from Feb 17th taken using 5X powermate making f26 :

Well I'm 41 in a couple of weeks John so guess I'm slowing down lol Congrats on your POW shot!
I'm feeling a bit of a big girls blouse after failing to get up at 3am for Saturn this morning when conditions were good but could not muster the will power for a 24 degree shot. :sadeyes:

Welcome Stuart, strewth only 41, just a young whipper snapper. Great to see you on IIS and hope you become a regular. We all get on pretty well down here and it is always nice to see images captured from the Northern Hemisphere.
