Losmandy emails?

I have tried to email Losmandy to check on an order and I get an email back with a link to an antispam site.
Is this right? as it looks like someone has hacked their email account and linked it to a virus download

Are you sending plain text or html email? Yahoo! have started forcing all html mail to be moderated because of the spam/trojan/virus problems it causes.

All html mail should be treated as spam. If you don't like this opinion - unlucky, no apologies will be given.

That’s fine if its advised up front but to simply say, as you do, “too bad so sad” will only upset customers who will then go elsewhere
