Where is Panstarrs?

I've tried to find some reliable charts for locating Panstarrs, but have been unsuccessful. Most of them are northern hemisphere based, and then there's others talking about it being an evening sight as well as morning sight.

So, can anyone point me in the direction of Panstarrs as a morning comet please :)

What time does it rise, where is it located?

You need a good southern horizon, Mike. From CdC assuming you can shoot over the ocean, for the next few days at morning nautical twilight.

rises around 0433 edst in the se direction. mag 4.2, would be easy to find ... too many clouds for me im pulling my hair out. the charts are pretty spot on

It's also an evening comet now but you need clear skies and a flat horizon. It has been getting higher in evening twilight for a few days and is now a viable target.

It's actually still visible in the morning as well. I observed it this morning at 0435 hrs local time without too much trouble. I estimated it's magnitude as 4.9 (Feb 17.85UT) and it was displaying a 0.8 deg long tail.
