Hi All,
It was clear last night and I imaged comets Lemmon for 5 hours and then PANSTARRS an hour before astro-twilight with Sony NEX5N and Nikon 70-200 f/2.8 lens on Vixen Polarie (great little unit). There was quite a bit of wind but the setup held up reasonably well.

That's so cool Alex. :thumbsup: I'm trying to get some Lemmon too tomorrow from Ilford. Wanted to go today but weather turned for the worse. so I'll take a chance Sunday night. Hopefully it's not too far ffrom the SMC and TUC47 by then . I hope to fit it in a 6x4 degrees field. If not I'll mosaic. (again). :P

You will need to mosaic, the comet will be 8.5 degrees away from SMC tomorrow night. Good luck!
