MicroTouch Autofocuser Wireless Extender

In case someone else is having the same trouble....
I was having trouble getting the range with my Starizona MicroTouch Autofocuser wireless unit because it wouldn't work from my room through double brick walls to my telescope.

I removed the little wire antennas from the xbee transceivers, and installed surface mount ufm antenna sockets. Then I installed screw on 'rubber ducky' high gain 2.4 ghz antennas on the top of each box via a cable - model CA—JF1R6-CR3—4I U.FL to RPSMA adapter.

Works perfectly now. :)

I hope I do not require this mod, but it is always great to have someone else already heading there.
