Meteor Shower tonight??

Hi everyone,

Is there a minor meteor show tonight 2/2/13? Im at mums and we were out for about 30mins taking pictures of Lemmon and we saw 4 (5)meteors all heading towards the south.

2(3) I captures on film
1 was actually 2 because if you look closley you can see that 2 entered the atmosphere very to each other.

If there is no shower perhaps some recent debris? possibly unknown till tonight?

Everyone was visible around the LMC and heading south with a few at the same degrees at the LMC but above the southern cross.

By the way, amazing night after the storm in brissy.

Saw a bright slow moving one come down between the southern x and lmc at about 10.30 tonight. :)

AS far as I know there wasnt a shower on last night, but I also saw quite a few.... a couple in the south, but mostly quick and short meteors heading south through Orion .... from ....... somewhere north of that??

I was out last night imaging Comet Lemmon for 10 mins and saw a few meteors. Hmmm ?:eyepop:
