Hi all,
I am continuing to photograph both these comets on a daily basis and when able update my website pages:
http://rogergroom.com/astro-photography/comet-photography/photographs-of-comet-c2011-l4-pannstarrs/
http://rogergroom.com/astro-photography/comet-photography/photographs-of-comet-c2012-f6-lemmon/
On the night of the 30th-31st I tried an all night video of F6 LEMMON. It got 83 exposures in before the mirror shifted significantly and focus altered as a result. The result is the little video at the LEMMON page. The aim was to capture short term variations in it's tail.
I will be trying the video again soon, just sorting out some technical challenges.
Regards,
Roger.
